We welcome everyone to join in and walk In Support of Queensway Carleton Hospital. Mom, dad, kids, grandma, grandpa, uncle, aunt, cousins, anyone and everyone. Let’s walk together for NCR!

5K Run/Walk

Come in groups, sprint alone, or make it a family goal. Especially suited for first-time runners that aim to make a difference with their 5K endeavor. We will support you all along the way and build your confidence for the run next year.

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive by 8:30 AM at the Pavilion located between Corkstown Road and Holly Acres Road (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Pj3hQKCLBB9abRmL8) to collect your registration sticker.

Opening Session & Instructions (9:00 AM)

We’ll kick off with a short introduction to the Run, our selected charity Queensway Carleton Hospital (QCH), and recognition of our valued sponsors and participants.

• 1K Walk: 9:35 AM

Refreshments & Prize Distribution

• 10:00 AM: Refreshments and social time

• 10:30 AM: Prize distribution and closing remarks
